RASHIDA INGRAM, MS, MFT

Rashida is a Certified Marriage & Family Therapist and PhD student specializing in assisting individuals and couples to make sense of their life’s purpose during times of transition, grief, separation or family discord.
Rashida began to make her mark as an Innergy Empowerment Specialist in 2011 after graduating from Capella University with a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
She is a solution-focused energy-based specialist with a mindful. Rashida manifested her own counseling practice in 2012. Innergy Connections, LLC Empowerment for Authentic Living & Mindful Connections was established.
In addition to Innergy Connections, Rashida has taken notice of the adverse effects of trauma, poor social connections and touch deprivation. She has begun to facilitate what is now known as touch positive support therapy and cuddle workshops. These workshops assist participants to heal the disconnection between avoidance and secure attachment. She currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Your world does not have to crumble beneath you, yet there is just enough pain to force you to question yourself. What do you value, and what will it take to love yourself? In my chapter I will take you on a brief journey with me as a young married woman with a new baby. I adhered to the instructions of my heart and pursued wholeness.
